Jesus Juarez Mazo was born on Christmas Eve in 1870. He was a bandit who stole from the wealthy but kept none of his fortune, which he shared with those most in need. Many called him the angel of the poor and the generous bandit. On May 3rd 1909, Jesus Juarez Mazo was brought to trial and sentenced to death by hanging. Malverde didn’t receive a proper burial and was left to disintegrate. Many dropped a stone at the feet of his corpse. Eventually, the stones covered his body, and Malverde received the respect that many felt he deserved. Many call on Jesus Malverde for guidance, money, legal issues, employment, luck, business, miraculous healing, love, family, education, and protection.
