Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DON’T ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. 

IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES BROKEN, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY TAKE THE FOLLOWING PHOTOS:

1. BROKEN ITEM

2. ALL SIDES OF THE ORIGINAL BOX, INCLUDING THE LABEL

3. INTERNAL PACKING MATERIALS

EMAIL THE PHOTOS TO US AT SERPENTINESPIRITUALARTS@GMAIL.COM.

 

If your item arrives DAMAGED, you MUST photograph all sides of the box, all internal packing material, and the broken item. Email the photos to serpentinespiritualarts@gmail.com, and we will initiate the reimbursement process with the insurance company.

KEEP THE BOX, ALL PACKING MATERIALS, AND BROKEN ITEM until the claim is processed and the insurance company remits payment. If you do not follow all of these instructions, you may not receive a replacement or reimbursement.
