Shipping policy

We ship our items within the posted timeframe. Yaya Jennifer, Serpent Spirit Art, and Serpentine Spiritual Arts are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or delayed packages. Once the item is with the carrier, it is out of our control.

We insure each package, and you can claim the lost or stolen item. If your package is lost or stolen, we will provide you with a coupon code for a discount off of your next purchase for your inconvenience.

If your package arrives broken, please keep all packing material (i.e., box, bubble wrap, etc.) and contact us with photos of the damage and the damaged item with the original packing materials so we can file an insurance claim and attempt to reimburse you for the damage.
